EOT assessment

I received an EOT on one of my project due to multiple delays caused by an architect. Perfect opportunity to learn how to assess them.

When it came to assessment, I could rather quickly to grasp the idea from the flowchart. Speaking with a few of my colleagues I confirmed my understanding:

Work out their claim. Ensure that what we compensated the contractor for before ( for example in an agreed Variation that later caused the EOT claim) is not certified for the second time. However, when I started prying again using AI, I received conflicting results
